What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

i have neber be low in spirit its better to stay away from trading for a while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do, so be like me allways your emmotion is hight.

Agar low spirit me forex me kaam karne se kuch faida nahi hoti hai jab tak ki aap forex ko serious nahi le kar kaam karte hai aur forex me kaam karne ke liye achhe se learn karni hogi aur sahi se learn karna chahiye tabhi forex me trader achhe se earn kar saķte hai aur spirits bahut jaroori hai forex me kaam karne ke liye.

actually its true that forex is complicated for beginners like me because i look at forex as huge market with trillion of dollars going around from one to other and taking care while trading is being my key and not to hurry on my decisions and making it simple comes along with experiencing the market for a while

actually i think in forex it is the point and i also agree with you . with motivation its not possible to get success and its also true there must be ups and down in our life as well as forex but we must be need handle such things to servive and if we loss our motivation before that then there will not be success.

Mujhe lagta hai ki forex trading me kuchh achcha karne ke liye spirit ka hona jaruri hai, bina eske hum naa to forex ko hi achchi tarah se shikh sakte hai aur naa hi hum profit hi kama sakte hai, esiliye humen jo bhi work karna chahiye usme spirit ka hona jaruri hai.

Well I actually believe it can be good time to take break as you can get exhausted too, so if you can be fresh then you can do some good trades. I would also do the same wathc Tv and also I would like to make a strong come back and when we have to come back then we can plan it all over again.

if you are not interesting in trading do not trade that time ,,,, take a rest and fresh yourself if you know you are ready for trading then trade ,,, if you are still boar in trading leave for few days but not trade in boaring position

yes I personally think when you have lost from the forex and you do not have spirit then best way is that avoid trading for few days and involve in other activities such as do your routine work with passion, watch movies. It will refresh your mind and you can trade after that with fresh mind without any emotion.

Well personally I think reading the success stories of traders will be good source of motivation. it will be a guide for us to walk on the correct path and not to stray away. It will surely lift our spirits.

I actually believe forex trading is good business for us ,and need hard work and smart way to acheive the profit if trader feel down better avoid trading in this situation and chose good time top trade ,we do not have feel bad we neeed to be strong, this will help us to give good work and great result.
