What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

yeah i have when we are low in spirit its better to stay away from trading for a while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do.

When i am in low spirit, i think i will read so many new trading strategy for me. Mostly it can help me to get a new spirit to trade again, because i will get so many new idea from my reading. It really help me to know that success in forex still possible for me and i really can do this business well

We should always trade at that time when we are emotionally stable and if we are in low spirit then we should not trade at any cost we shouldtry to avoid trading in that case

Forex is good for trading, when market position is better and trend fluctuation is swift then feel interest and when trends sprit is low then feel engxities. In time I stop my watching trade and wait for sometimes, then again check the market, If the position change, I feel relax.

of course, when we feel so down in forex trading, you should not start trading forex. because it will only make you suffer losses that are not needed, preferably while away from trading activities. because I think this is the most effective way to calm the mind

when I was in a state of low spirits, I definitely will avoid the trade, I will trade when I was in good shape and ready. I would think to motivate myself so that my spirit rise again. maybe I will see traders who are already successful in the forex business, or traders who are able to get a consistent profit, because it also became my goal.
