What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

When ever i suffer any huge loss in forex, i would rather take a break for 1-2 days and then i came back after researching all my mistakes i did in my previous deals and then i try to ignore them in further trading..
This is my way of dealing with tough time in forex I do when my spirit comes down to is refreshing and most importantly, communicate to the family.
remember, we still need to socialize in an environment where we live.

yes .. i do that also. besides doing this, i prefer to have small discussion with other traders. But, i will never stop trading next time because of a small mistake. Keep calm and find out your right track and follow the majority. This way, you'll gain back your confident level.

It is hard to make good analysis and good trading if we are in low spirit to trade in forex. We can stay away from the market and close our metatrader for a while until we can trade with a new spirit. We must keep our trading safe by trading with calm mind, with a fresh mind and with a stable emotion

If the loss you suffered that much, then you should not be sad. Remember there are many people worse than you. Let's suppose you experienced MC then be thankful you're still given the power to obtain better results than what we use today. Suppose you experience loss today then you will have a passion for getting better results if you make a valuable experience of loss and MC earlier so that your trading is increasingly becoming better and can get a lot of profit.

Dear jab kabhi market me low spirit ho aur hame trade karne ka signal nahi mil raha hai to fir hame market ka wait karna chahiye jisse ki hum right time per apne trade ko open kar sake aur jayda se jayda money earn kar sake.

if our spirit is low, we should take a rest, if we do not our spirit will make trades without calculation , and analysis that we use not in accordance with our trading system, so the profit expected will not be achieved, and we will always lose in this trading business.
