What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

ya motivation in every field in which you are working is very important and crucial factor. you must not losse hope at any point when you suffer a loss. you keep fighting untill you dont get success

It is the point and i also agree with you . with motivation its not possible to get success and its also true there must be ups and down in our life as well as forex but we must be need handle such things to servive and if we loss our motivation before that then there will not be success.

I try to add new things in my forex trading all the time and this will keep me motivated and now differnt from my past is that I am also a pamm trader now so this is keeping me more interested and more excited in my forex and I have forget about past and having a new fresh start for my pamm trading.

Of course, motivation is important in forex trading because there will be many moments that we will fail so much and we will get down in spirit. This will help us to come out of the shell and trade successfully.

When you are low in spirit i the worse time to trade the forex market. I say this because we will have an inbalanced judgement at every point in your trade so such times must be ignored. Jut close your computer and find something else to do.

yeah last time i got bonus thorugh forum posting an next day i make 20$ i was excited and do over trading and by this act i loss an big amout by end of the daya nd that time i was thinking to leave but soon an friend contact me and help me that how make profit so for one i`m doing trade in demo to get expeirence

Its very good that you not leave forex . so many time i think so but never leave forex. anyway loss must be happen in our trade but we need to act with loss. anyway we need consistent profit which may give us more and more confidence but for this really need so much practice.

Yes, there were lots of such situations when I suffered with low spirit. Those moments truly let me down. I made trades but all I got was loads of loss. I really panicked and made more mistakes. As the result, I lost more and more. And all that happened just because I did not believe in what I was doing. I did not respect my self esteem and I just lost my money.
