What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

yes i do and i think that all the old traders have pass from this step and for me i have let the market tow week till forget the bad idea and the bad strategies and refresh all my think well i think that is the best solution when you have lost ue confidance in ue self

loss is a part of this business and i must say that most of the people are making loss in this business so i must say that we must have to take them casually and we have to take them as a part of business so don't be angry be calm and continue your trading.

I like to talk my friends and family when spirit comes down. I do not like to be in front of chart at that time. I feel like to watch movie and chat with my friends in fb. I like to get new movement for next trade in currency market. And most of the time I plan and study for good trade.

I agree with your opinion, would be better if we play with our friends, or gather with our families, we are looking for entertainment or to relieve boredom and emotions while we do the trade, so that our psychological state would be a good return.

I have harly fell in bad feeling in forex trading . When I am in this sittuation I usually find some of my friends and go somewhere to relax myself when feel that everything is ok I will come back to trade. I think this is good way to make your brain healthier than spend too much time in front of the computer and think how to get back good spirit.

yes totally agreed as it is all about strategy and once you have strategy to follow then you just need to follow that and do not need to think on other things and even if you will be in lost but you know about strategy and you can be sure about future and it is just matter of wait and time.

If we have tested the working of the strategy in the Demo accounts then we can be sure that the returns from the markets will be good. And this will only make the income grow over a period of time. It all depends on whether the strategy we are using for trading is dependable or not.

when i am in loss i leave forex for a couple of days to refresh myself on that time i never think anything about forex or i never think anything about my loss

I hope that you couple of days does not stay for too long in forex trading...lol. I prefer to take a break, but the fact remains that i return that same day. It is good to trade with small risks, it does not kill our psychology.

When i suffer from a huge loss in forex, i feel totally depressed. That time i read the articles from experts traders and try to learn knowledge from them. Then again analysis the market and start trading. I will never give up whatever happens in forex. I will try my level best.

I would advice all forex traders to be aware of such times in forex exchange trading. The times that we are depressed are times that we can get the highest of losses from trading. All traders take note of this and then desist from trading forex at times of depression or low spirit.
