absolutely true my friend. doing our hobbies could really renew our passion in trading. leave the hectic market could refresh our mind and give more time to ourself to create new energy that needed for next trades.

stop the trading if you're feeling not in the top performance. Low in spirit is one of the common problem happened to the traders that spend too many time in the chart without proper result. take a break for a while and cool down your brain, it's good to have fresh start.

yes at present i have almost losses and no earning but after seeing some member earning in a contest i have confidence that why cant i earn?and so i have full confidence that i can earn big in my future tradinbg but what i need is good discipline and money management

I doubt you can really do it leaving your trades open - but close your trades before going to walk in park to get read of tension. I would rather decide not to trade during the spreadful period but yes would like to go for fun as you said.

if we already have great system trading and using stop loss and take profit i think we can leave computer after make open position. reading books is good to do when we are low in spirit.

loss is a part of this business and i must say that most of the people are making loss in this business so i must say that we must have to take them casually and we have to take them as a part of business so don't be angry be calm and continue your trading.
