What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

Whenever I feel that I am in a low spirit in Forex trade then I try to remember my successful friend in Forex trading and try to improve my spirit. I try to avoid trading when this happens to me. I try to find out the reason for my low spirit and for my better future I start trading again as soon as I feel that my spirit is again at high level.

what do you do turn to what I do, I actually would force me to trade if I'm not eager to trade.because I often feel over convident if i trade in high spirits, and it often makes me blunder.....

When i am in low spirit i better avoid trading and instead of that i spend my time watching some good movies, playing with children and listening to good music. Also sometimes i spend my time with charts to find out what went wrong to make me loose the money and try to correct it.

when i have a low spirit in forex after loss in some positions i just " take it easy " .i stop trading and do some thing else like watching a movie or go out see some friends and my be playing soccer ...then i come back to forex : study, looking for my mistakes and try to fix them...

I do not force myself for trading in this situation. Whenever i faced this situation , usually i would like to play some game or watch a movie to freshen my mind. Or to see some motivational videos or documentries is also a good idea in this situation.
Remember !!!! Always do trading when your mind is fresh and you are in your senses. Do not force yourself for trading.

yes you are right i agree with you what you say is really true we do ot ahve to force ourself to trade when we have bad emotion we hjave to take a relax and return to hte market when we feel good.

Yes. Motivation is the good medicine for low confident when ever I feel hopeless in Forex trading. I just recall the successful days and I just remember the dreams I want to turn into reality from the earning from Forex. Over all self motivation is the key which drive me still even after many losses....

Taking rest after huge loss is always good because that helps us to relax and we have time to think upon the reason for our loss. We should try to avoid a huge loss in forex and this is only possible when we trade with good money management and control on our greed and emotions.
