What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

As my consideration ,when we are low in temperament it is good to away from trading for a time because we tradition be competent to minify on what we are doing and most of the time leave always do a wrong objective , I think if you can meet off from that then it will better for us .

The most important thing to do with our best is to stay focused on the strategy we've had with some of the things we live with a decent to good action and interesting, provided that we can better understand the every situation

I will stay on good mood and good psychology on my spirit survive, and i think that the reason my profits is only the strategies which i am following , and i must say that every trader have its own strategies by following them he/she can making good profits everyday. So i am sure i will be better trader. and make good money.

what i would do is stop trading and go for a nice movie. Enjoying a quality time with your girl friend, spouse friends of family member is also a good option. Then i got full spirit to recover that. In loses, I wont hate Forex by diverging in to play games. And my main inspiration is by seeing others profit.

There is no short cut way to having a fully money for several months. There is no short cut way to profit maker and money to catch. i think when someone having low spirit he/she shouldn't open his PC or trading terminal ..this situation can force us for wrong trading and sometimes we made huge mistakes in this frustrating time ..we should give a small or long break until we go the spirit

for me if i am trading and i am in a down mood the best thing that you need to do is to stop trading for that moment and face something else may be when youi are ok with your mood you can then come back to trading

well i think that when you realize that you are going through in a big loss then you should stop your trading and don't take chance because if then you don't stop your trading then may be you lose your all capital.....
