What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

when i face tremnendous losses and when i am very low spirited, i make myself alienated for some time, and then talk with my gd. she is such a sweet girl who takes all my pain away.

When you feel unhappy to lose you a deal you ought to get out immediately stop trading for a short while. don't let anger management you wish to attain additional goals. And keep removed from greed and greed

at that time i usually follow the successful traders history. many of them didn't loss their hope in the bad situation.

I cant say anything now because like this situation has never come to me, but if it happens may be I give break to Forex for sometime and will start it again from the first step with high spirits..!

i came back after researching all my mistakes i did in my previous deals and then i try to ignore them in further trading..while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low ...................

I get lose in my trade many times and also becomes very emotional.But i use to try to control my emotion from losing condition.If i think that lose may increase then i close my trade.Again i fresh my mind and start trading in forex.
