What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

When you have lost from the forex and you are doing not have spirit then best method is that avoid mercantilism for few days and involve in different activities like do your routine work with passion, watch movies. it'll refresh your mind and you'll trade afterward with contemporary mind with none feeling.

If I'm in Low Spirit I will still doing Trade as long as I can concentrate to Analyze the Market. but if I really can not concentrate while Trading, then I will just Stop Trading for a while.. so, it does not matter if you in Low Spirit. to get it Back, you can do whatever you love..
