What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

if we think that now I can not do the good tradings and I can not open the good orders in the market then I think we should not take the big risks and then we should take rest only and should think only and should not trade

Whenever i am in low sprit to trade the best thing to do.... better to take rest and that will give you time to think and regain and also forex is about opportunities and keep on looking at charts and when you see there is less risk and good opportunity then go ahead. it is all about making right decisions at right time.

that a great opinion,, i will take a rest also if i am in low spirit, because if i still trade at that condition, my trade will make much loss, because i can't concentration and confuse about the analysis that i will make

I do not like to trade when I am in low spirit in forex trade. I would like to refresh myself for that time. I would like to practice in demo account several time for the preparation in the real market trading. I like to watch movie and talk to my friends about the forex trading improvement.

It is a very interesting thing to discuss. This situation does not come to me yet. So i can tell it rightly. But i think if one faces with this condition then he should take a break of some days to refreshes his mind and to get more energy. I will do that if i will face it.

The last time i got bonus thorugh forum posting an next day i make 20$ i was excited and do over trading and by this act i loss an big amout by end of the daya nd that time i was thinking to leave but soon an friend contact me and help me that how make profit so for one i`m doing trade in demo to get expeirences !!

For me I will understand that day is very bad for me and I cannot trade so will close my trading account, shutdown the computer and enjoy my life and wait another good day to cover up my loses and earn profits !

almost i don't prefer to enter my trade if i was in a low spirit as this may lead me to not have concentration low spirit or bad mood, we do not trade at this condition because we will never get the best result besides we can think with clear. in my trade then i may have a big loss due to this low spirit so always i checks my self
