What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

Do you have the moment that you are in low spirit in forex trade?If that suitation happens to you,what will you choose to do there?

if I sat down in my spirit and in forex trading this happened to me I would do is bmenarik objec briefly from forex to my stable I do to avoid a loss, and make the agan my advice if conditions do not allow forced? ?

foex is need to have fully concentration on the way we trade, if I have that spirit, it mean I need to take some vacation to make my mind be come fresh and I will not make any order on my trading account also

forex business that should be done with good management, discipline and consistent. besides financial management and the management of emotions to be stable and did not experience a problem. if traders less supportive psychological condition or in a state of down, it is better not to trade first until completely fit and ready to trade. if it is enforced, it will have a negative impact on trading results, even experienced loss very much

Mainly our spirit becomes low in forex trade when we occur losses. In that situation, firstly i will analyse the mistakes done for getting losses and then i will try to rectify those mistakes inorder to avoid mistakes later.
