What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

Do you have the moment that you are in low spirit in forex trade?If that suitation happens to you,what will you choose to do there?

in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do. So i what i would do is stop trading and go for a nice movie. Enjoying a quality time with your girl friend

I must say that, trading is a job with much stress, guy. Many times i got in low spirit when i lost money in my trading. At that time, i often stop trading and go out for feel of relaxation. the best thing you need when you get in this trouble is far from your computer screen. i think so.

if i m low in spirit then i'll certainly not trade coz then tht is that the most dangerous thanks to get into a suffering a loss coz we have a tendency to area unit an excessive amount of cut down and not tht interested , therefore in tht case the simplest factor on behalf of me is to try to to one thing tht can pump up my spirit and when a possibility then select the trade once more..........

When i have that emotions i just go outside chill out take my kids with me, forget about it & after a day of so when i feel the times is right i just open another one & most of the time it works for me.

sometimes I feel bored and feel desperate when I get a failure and always get loss by loss, I lost confidence in myself and my spirit is also lost, I think it's reasonable, but it would make me more and more fall down, which I think is how I have to earn money

khujedekho, Dear for me its not a good idea to just keep reminding my self about past losses yes we must take lesson from our past but to just keep remembering it is really really wrong as it does not motivates us instead it puts more harm to our spirit.

When my mind is low in trade, I'll see my historic defeats. Then I had my mind full of back. By losing, I hate playing games Forex. And my main source of inspiration is seeing other benefits.

I think that we should be confident in our ability to trade. This can make the motivation for us to become even better in the trade. we are getting to know our skills and manejemen trade. the market is going to always be unpredictable, but we can make a profit if it could be a management discipline in the trades really in the markets !!!

low spirit which clearly means that low concentration or frustration ..if we feel that then we should stop trading that moment and do some regular or social work and find some time for refreshment ..if possible travel somewhere .i think when we are in perfect mode then only we should start trade otherwise it will give such a pain which is un express-able
