I think personally, everyone who joined in the business must have been experiencing a situation when their morale is very low due to a loss in forex trading. I would do when I was little enthusiasm in this business is that I will be out of the market for a while, then I would calm my mind first so that the concentration and recover my spirit, and I will mengevauasi system that I use. Oh that's often happen many times and some times i try to give up but i cant that's be a shame i cant handle cause I dont like to be quitter of something that I work hard for it so it's hard to me.

When am in low spirits i make sure i stay away from the charts,trading needs you do it from your heart all the way to your brain and actions,when in low spirits your heart is probably beating more and your brain cant think straight so you are prone to mess than build your account in this state,you need to relax when you are off the charts

when I lost the spirit of trading thing I do is read the forums and see the success stories of the traders who had already plunged into the world of trading. read their success stories is one way to increase the spirit of my trading.
