when we are low in spirit its better to stay away from trading for a while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do. So i what i would do is stop trading and go for a nice movie. Enjoying a quality time with your girl friend, spouse friends of family member is also a good option.good luck.......................

Yes some times i been in a low spirit in forex trading . all what do is very easy i just close the charts and chut down the computer and leave away intil the spirit of trade comme back good.

Until we dont look at market and try to anlayse, it will not be right to say that there is any low spirit, and once we indulge in market, if we see a good opportunity it shall automatically boost the spirit, if we still feel confused better not to trade that day and skip for next time.
