What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

this time is very bad time.i would rather take a break for 1-2 days and then i came back after researching all my mistakes i did in my previous deals and then i try to ignore them in further trading..

Our problem is not temporary escape from this trade as we do this trade with a low morale because somehow the spirit to low then this will create a risk in this trade because it will not be able to control the risk in trading

If my level of spirit is getting down then I will have patience. I will try to cover it by refreshing my mind and try to look into the fault I have made.

right, personally i put a note of my mistake i made on forex trading, collecting those notes to prevent us from another mistake, if the loss too big then do something that you love the most, playing tennis or something else, after our happiness back then we can back on MetaTrader and start earning again, forex is hard to leave anyway:-D

I just trade on good mood and good feeling coz i have my own rule, when low spirit i am out of trade, i only depends on my working with daily bases because i dont think about future i only think about present & how can i get success in this part of life!

I agree, indeed we should always take the positive side of every event that we have experienced. though that adverse events for us, but when we can take away from the positive side, I am sure we will get a positive as well. because both the losses we have experienced in forex trading is certainly there are lessons that we can take, so that it will further improve our ability.

Must be patient Amtdaol and overcome such difficulties in order to achieve profits and losses exceeds the past is not giving up trying to even try to achieve profits of many I always do not despair and try to get profits many many ways to get money.

I cant say anything now because like this situation has never come to me, but if it happens may be I give break to Forex for sometime the moment that you are in low spirit in forex trade?If that suitation happens to you,what will you choose to do there?At the monet
