What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

No think in this matter because my spirit is increase according to this condition i like forex trading and get the great benfits from this net work.And do not be force for other to tradding.

if i feel that i'm in low spirit in forex trading , i stop trading and leave forex for a certain period to take a rest and refresh myself to be able to increase my experience and come back to the market with higher experience .

when i feel i have lack of control or low spirit then i never trade .i tried to give some break for getting back the confidence ..it;s very much tough to avoid trading in this moment but at least we should control our trading volume otherwise the major mistake chance can be in this time

When not having trading spirit, then I will rest trading. Finding the cause of laziness more important than doing trading with a sense of lazy. In general, the cause of lazy trading is having weight problems and loss trading. When, have a weight problem then better immediately resolved first. But if lazy trading for loss, then look for and find the cause of loss prevention.

Yes we traders should rest at the times that we have low spirits in forex trading business. Such times are very dangerous times because a forex trader can even start making more mistakes since they are already tired and confused.

it really often happen to me, low spirit especially if i get margin call. i just can let my capital go. and i will improve or change my trading strategy with the better one and trade again in the next day

I feel this situation sometimes when i get huge loss in my trade. after face this situation i just try to keep myself away from trading. i am fond of travel in local alone place. just go my fond of place and try to recover to see the sky, river and so on. also try to find the cause of loss.
