when we are in low spirit in trading its a better to stay away from it for a while because we would not be able to concentrate on what we are doing.most of time we do wrong and our low spirit is reflected in every thing we do.

is true if we are losing the spirit of trading then we should not be in front of the chart and prefer to stay away just off the charts. when you are in front of the chart you will be interested to open a position, but if you do not concentrate and you will only result in defeat.
