What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

In this situation i have to do some rest ........... and then make investment after refresh my mind...... it is most important thing at this situation..

I usually stop the meta trader platform and play games on computer to refresh my mind ... After that i browse facebook and talk to friends and go out.. After coming back i just check for 1-2 minutes if the trade is positive facing then i plan a new strategy...

When ever I suffer any huge loss in forex,I would rather take a break for 1-2 days and
then I came back after researching all my mistakes that I did in my previous
deals and then I try to ignore them in further trading.
This is my way of dealing.

I agree with you and I think that's a wise thing in dealing with loss. I was doing it, stop trading and do an evaluation. I am sure if the system is done with discipline certainly many successful traders.

When we are in the low spirit in the forex trading market than I used to a lot of hardwork in practicing trading in the forex demo trading account and try my skills there and than after get confidence than I start the real trade

Ususally I am always happen whenever I remember forex and I move to the chart to open some positions. But when I am yet to make some profits I get bored and in such times I may jus do some surfing on the net outside forex.

yes true, indeed when we are in conditions that are not conducive to trade, it is better not to impose trade. because I'm sure the conditions in us will greatly affect every decision we make, including how we would think about trading. so that when the condition is not good, it will make us not be able to trade well, so it will most likely suffer losses in trading.

when we are in a condition that it is not hundred percent fit we should not enter the market in this business because with that condition we will not be able to focus to our analysis and our trading,and that could make our open position is taken based not from our best analysis and risk management,but if you still wish to trade in a low condition try to trade in demo to avoid loosing our capital.
