Its better to trade when one is really confident and has a clear mind. yes, its good if one trades very moderately, 3 or 4 trades is a good thing to do daily. I trade a few transactions when there is movements and close the terminal after exiting all trades. when a few trades go wrong its better not to press another trade as the chances of going wrong are very high.

they prefer the Asian or European sessions
if I prefer the European and American sessions, because I think the movement is quite good, if I think too slow session asia
