well what kind of trading are you doing? so i guess you must be having short term trading which should work any time whenever you are ready to trade so I guess you also can be taking risk too. maybe you are a risk taker. but certainly trading does not depend on your mood just try to find out markets mood

for me, it really depends on my intuition, and my mood, sometime if i don't have the mood, i will just turn off my laptop and do other things, like what i am doing now. for me as long as i am feeling comfort about it and get profit from it

I think we should wait for the best opportunity to open a position and if we find an opportunity several times in a day then we should take the advantage of that all the time but if we don't get an opportunity for a whole day then we should wait.

yes, it should be, we should be patiently wait for a good signal to to enter the market in the right time and at the right price, sometimes we tired and feel bored in waiting for the signal, but if we can have patience then we'll smile to see results
