Trading everyday is not at all necessary just like today I have not even open the terminal. I have plan to trade tomorrow and I hope it will go according to my plan. We have to cash on the opportunities rather than forcing ourselves to trade daily.

i try short term trades most of the days but not every day coz the market is sometimes very bad and unpredictable and at tht time also if we go and trade everyday then we will loose so tht is why when i cant make out perfect entry points then i rather wait

yes over trades can lead us to over loses as we can lose what is more than that we can afford so your point is to lose what you can afford but still in this way you may have some winning days and some losing days and and actually you may not get that good enough profit so why not just have better and long term plan as comapred to this one.
