i have the tendency of trade every day even sometimes 5-6 times in a day for short position ..this is not actually good habit coz every day is not perfect for trading ..we have to know the news of current situation and we have to analysis the chart and find out the real trend then we must entry and too many trade in a day won't give good result specially for me

sometimes i trade dayly but also not depending on the condition that i was having. If i trading everyday i will take a few positions with take profit that i want to do. but if there changing trends or news that affect price movement ,i will take a position for long term.
