You don't have to trade all the time. and waiting for the right momentum is always on my agenda. I can wait forever just to have one of my golden moments. that's the principle for swing traders. we will not waste our sacrifice by just waiting for a few pips, we want more than that.

Mai her roz trade nehi kerta jub mujhe koi strong signal milta hai tbhi trade kerta hai. Haftey msi 2-3 bar hi trade kerta hu. I sm swing trader j always do trading on h4 or daily.

I trade daily if i understand the market and even in monday and friday too but if i dont understand the market then never entry because its better not to trade then loss. actually monday and friday most fo the day i dont understand the market and try to avoid thrade those days.
