How many pips do you think is safe for SL ?

i think we should first look at our trading capital and then as most traders suggest that we should risk 2-5% of our trading capital ,so that we can trade long time in forex market..

Many newbies ask me how many pips is safe for stop loss? I think its all depend on how much you afford to lose and we have to put stop loss by checking resistance and support levels, we should not put stop loss just by numbers.

from my purpose of view i feel 50 pipes are principally and acceptable and get a sl.
i feel sl could be a means to actually minimize u r loss.
market is unmeasurable therefore sl happens to be the means by that we are able to minimize our loss and save from high loss.
i feel 50 pipes are sensible.

i think only the 50 pips are the best for the stop loss and the 20 pips for the take profit will be better. i think in this way we will not lose our money and we will take profit always but only the some times loss

Every trader has their own goals and targets and they trade accordingly and also their risk and profit percentage. I think it is better to trade on basis of your risk and reward ratio and mine is 3:1 which means I place trades for profits of 60 pips and stop loss of 20 pips .

Stop loss ek acha option hai jo kay hum apne account ko baray loss main lejanay se bachanay kay liye use kartay hain. Mere khayal se humain daily ke high aur low point se 3 pips up or down per stop loss insert karna behtar rahega.

i dont live the sl in pips rather i strive to actually place sl on support and resistance basis. obtain a long positions simply below support as well as for short position simply on top of resistance level.
