Yes different people have different sl so i just do not use sl and even we can do it without sl too. but for me 20 to 50 pips is easy

For my side its depend upon how much profit you want to earn in trade
if you want to earn 20 pips then for stop loss is around 50 pips
so give 30 to 40 pip difference on profit pips and stop loss pips

I think how many pips safe for your SL is depend on your trading strategy, if you are an intraday traders I think you should use SL and TP comparation ratio about 1:2

According to my knowledge , it should be more then pips TSP but we are better then most of the time in H1 trade w should increase to around 50 pips stop h4 damage do not use.

For me i am usually make my take profit twice from my stop loss so its mean the ratio about risk and reward are 1:2, so if my take profit is 50 pips then i ma set of stop loss is going to be 25 pips. if my take profit is 100 pips, then my stop loss is 50 pips and so onOriginally Posted by ahmedkabouri

I honestly do not know. I just run and use the SL is only based on the indicators that I see. that to determine how far the safest points to SL I do not know for sure. there are some that say 100 points, some are saying should be in accordance with the Take Profit that we want to take.

i think 9-10 pips are the best to sell , cause the market is so unstable and it could make me a loser
