How many pips do you think is safe for SL ?

My stop loss is 30 pips or more. I think 30 pips is good for stop loss. The price will not easy to hit our stop loss. If we use less than 30 pips, then the price will easy to hit our stop loss before hit our take profit

my friend stop lose depend upon several factors and you can't place it like your asking. it chiefly depends upon the situation. too it depends upon your confidence level. with smart analysis can you'll be confident in regards to the target you trust and even then can you'll be able that will put stop lose...

I agree if we get profit more than 20 pips, then we can move our stop loss to break even point. It can help us to minimize our loss. If the price not hit our take profit and more to opposite direction, we will not get loss

More than 30 or 40 pips is good for stop loss. The most important is our stop loss must be not larger than our take profit. So we can use good ratio between our take profit and stop loss
