I think , high leverage is to all newbies then to push their trading power to the limit, trading their equity as much as they can. Bigger leverage gives them chance just to do that. Higher Loss is just because Trader taking more Risky Trading. High Leverage does not always mean that it will lead to higher Loss. it just allowing Traders with smaller Capital to Trade with more Trading Volume as more Trading Volume can bring more Profit but also bring more Loss.
