When you lose, you force yourself time to learn and research about the reasons for this loss.
There is no one of us did not lose, but successful is looking for a reason.

Earlier when i lose i used to keep idle for sometime and look for a suitable trading point. Recently i changed my strategy. I immedietely try to place an order at the next resistance level. By this new strategy iam quite successful. Most of the time i was able to get back what i lost.

Usually when I get a big loss (like 40-50% of the investement) I just close my terminal for at least an hour. Then I come back and try to analyse why I did the wrong decision. That is because every time I tryed to recover my losses I lost even more money taking more and more risks.

when ever i loose money in forex market, i try to realize my mistakes and then i keep on working them and try to ignore them in furthur trades..

yes you are right to know the reason of your lose is big step to avoid it and some times we find that the reason that make us loss in forex is the same reason that make us win in forex.

मैं इस मामले में कहना होगा उर पूंजी के साथ है कि इतना कभी नहीं खेलते हैं कि यू इसे पूरी तरह से बाहर चलाने, हमेशा बुद्धिमानी से व्यापार और पूंजी की कुछ राशि कोई बात नहीं क्या, अगर आप इस तरह से व्यापार तो आप उर oney भी बचा सकते हैं और भी सुरक्षित रखनेरखने के लिए नहीं जमा है जो बहुत मुश्किल हो सकता है पैसे के लिए बंद झटका लगता है.

i think will better if you not to trades for some time. while you can do posting and learn something in the demo account. you must making evaluation your trades, dont just do posting without practice.
practice is more important than theory, sometime we just can saying but cant do in practice

loss also is the part of our experience in forex, and from the experience sometime trader can learn more to be better and still there the other do not learn from experience so always loss in their trade. i think is very important to learn from last experience that bad experince and good experience. we can note our experience in trading journal.
