Ketan is right that we cannot use this type of large leverage while trading stocks. But the risk asset of the stock market is very less as compared to forex market. It is good thing that we can earn more by leverage but it may become killer of our balance one day

In stock you must have big capital because in there apply rule of full payment process. So you must provide 100 percent money to buy stock. But in forex broker borrow you money ( leverage) so you didn't need to provide much capital. But it is same risky market. The different you can not free to short selling in market stock but it is not happen in forex market.

Yes, in stock market that is impossible to start trading with amount lower than $1.000 so it's not all people could join there.
It's different with forex which could start trading even we used only $10 as capital but I suggested to use about $100 as capital
for starting point. Don't use too small amount of capitals because it's harder and your profits is too small.

Yes you are right about the forex market moves in the both direction so that we are able to make profit at any point of time but in the stock market we can select the important company and invest in it for long term then it will definitely give us good profit without much risk

you will need very big capital for stocks since they dont offer leverage.and there are so many stocks which you have to study for.and stocks are not traded 24/5 but only until 5 pm .you will need a middleman to trade for you.when it comes to forex it is just fantastic .very high leverage is offered very easy to buy and sell.minimum requirement for the capital and 24 hours around the clock trading.

quite true. use of capital is very flexible, making forex business has appeal for everyone. especially for beginners who just found out about the derivatives business. in trading stocks, you should understand well, any company that has a good chance for the transaction.

I think is is misconception that stock market only use for long term investment, even stock markets offer lot of protit potential these days, day trading, tick trading and delviery trading in cash along with future and options in derivatives. Also stock brokers offer few times margin than depsoit (leverage) though it is around 4-20 times only unlike forex which offer even 1:100 to 1:1000 leverage.

yes its really great because everyone trade in forex for this . i dont know much more about stock but after reading time of stock i think forex is the best idea for parttime trader.

Exactly correct friend . i also love forex much because if we have small capital then able to trade in forex and if there is none then also able to do trade in forex because of forum and some broker offer free welcome bonus. its really great for newbie to enter the world of forex.
