I agree with your view as well - it is not as easy to open a stock trading account as it is about forex trading because to open a dmat you need to complete lot of formalities. Also brokers hardly give 4-20 times margin/leverage and that too for intra day trading only. If you dont close your trade and keep them open for several days you need to deposit full amount.
