controling emotions is so hard, especially against a bussiness such as forex trading. emotions is related to our mind and heart, all we need is being relaxed before or when we do trading. we should practicing to control our mind, try to to yoga or something we love before we trading, that will help to make our mind clearly and be focus on trading.

I think that the solution to be able to control your emotions is to reducing the risk , if you trade with a low risk you will be able to stay focus and don't fear from the market if it goes against you , you should know that when you see a small loss you will be able to think properly and take the right decision.
