well its really hard to control our emotions while trading on live market because you know we play with our real money and we need its security so before we place any order we should have to see the market condition first before we take any risk.

hello friend emotions ko contoral ma rakhna koyi assan bat nahi ha koyi friend aysy hoty hen jin ko start ma 2 say 3 dafa loss hota ha or wo emotion ma ay kar forex tradig karna chor dety hen hamen cahye k ham apny emotions par contorl karen loss har bar thori hota ha ak na ak din to profit mill hi jati ha agar ap mehnat karo.

l think as long as the trader have a strong strategy and opens a position with strong signals then the emotions will get less also.when a trader make wins he will feel better and more confident.the emotions will come around mostly when the trader is keeping on loosing trades.controlling of emotions will be personal.it is all about controlling yourself not to do mistake.
