You are absolutely right, that a new trader first should demo trading and when he understand well in demo trading and make regular profit then he should be enter in real trading. If a trader very early enter in real trading then he should face in loss for low experience.

I thing that firstly you have to know before your investment what is leverage,money management, technical analysis ,fundamental analysis,sentiment analysis, news trading, news impact, trade line, pivot point & have to know how to profit & loss calculation,risk ratio analysis.

I think demo account is very important for forex. But maximum trader are not serious when they demo traing as a result they do not understand the forex trading and when they start real trading then they face big loss.

to start forex first i say start with a demo account. instead its better to open a real account with small deposit and start right away and i gurantee it will be more exciting then trading with a demo account.It's a safe step for starting forex trading for new comers.
