(Kitco News) - Royalty and streaming company Franco-Nevada (NYSE, TSX: FNV) late Monday reported records for adjusted earnings and revenue in the fourth quarter and full-year 2019.
Adjusted net income for the fourth quarter was a record $110.8 million, or 59 cents a share, the company said. This was up from $44.7 million, or 24 cents, in the same period a year earlier.
Revenue of $258.1 million was also a record, as was net income of $113.3 million (60 cents per share).
During the fourth quarter, Franco-Nevada reported sales of 153,396 gold-equivalent ounces, a new company record and up 46% from 104,877 ounces in the same period a year earlier. Revenue from energy assets rose to $30 million in the fourth quarter from $18.2 million a year earlier.
