I think good trading plan that helps in making more profits but it should be first practiced in demo account to make sure that a trader and trading plan is very important for us because it will help us control and manage our capital well.

The chance of earning in demo and in real account are the same. But how come we become more successful in demo than in real account. In demo we have huge funds to start with unlike when we trade in real account. So in short demo account we have huge free margin in real we have limited margin. Second. In demo we can tolerate risk. In real we can't tolerate risk because we are afraid to loss money.

i think on demo account nobody can't feel any pressure because on their they can get huge virtual balance for trading. And they all time realized that this is not real money. So they can trade with very easily but when they enter on real account they feel more pressure then demo account.

I think what you mean is it better to have a plan rather than being in a demo account. Its what is good. Its better when you are having a plan you can realize profits. Take for example you have only 10usd you can risk. Its better with that than trading with a demo account.
