Demo is practices and real is for get money in the forex market i am sure with a demo account and a real account i have tried both. Risking large amounts and low amounts. I find that i have be more careful with higher risk and not as worried with lower amount of risk.

There is no pressure trading with demo account but a newbie can learn many things with this. A new trader learns some basic things about Forex trade and how to operate the things concerned. This is not little I thing. Yes, he may not be scared of losing when he is not using real account.

real account because your system should be prepared well and you must keep update it. Demo account is good preparation for gaining
