your view is good but i am not thinking that is 100% right.
if we are new in trading then its must that first we use demo account for getting the knowledge about mt4 terminal and other things.
its no matter that we use which type account. if we have little bit demo trading experience then we can direct select standard account for trading.

and dont foreget, test an EA if you have it, but by the way, i found sometimes Expert Advisor react differently when we put it on the real account after the EA had a successful trading during its period on demo

for testing EA demo account is best. with the help of demo account we can test our EA without lossing any real money.
if we got positive result of demo account then we can use in real account.
this way we can save our money. but we must remember one thing give same money margin that we are going to give in real account.

for me, demo is tricky part of learning, sometimes i feel the reason why we won in demo because actually the server is different, demo somehow quicker than real, i dont know whether this is broker trick or what, but what i suggest to newbie better to trade with cent account

I never noticed the 2nd point you mentioned. I always thought that we get real time execution on demo accounts as well. If it is not the case then we can't practice scalping as it might lead to false results. For me demo is to learn the basic trading tools, nothing else.

this is because they don't fear , greed , think , cONCENTRate in a demo account but in real they do . to prevent this thing happen to you can manage your money , risks and earnings. to prevent loses , set the options of take profit and stop loss. managing can do a lot of help to your trading activities and you can be able to maximize your earning in a real account.
