Demo vs Real

when we trade on demo we know that it is virtual currency and when we trade on real account we know that we have real money in the account so that we always try to increase the balance without controlling emotions. that why we loose there.

Yes you are right. While trade on demo account, our psychology is always that we are trading on virtual currency. While trading on real account, psychology changes. We know that this is our real money and we make mistake by keeping in mind to earn huge amount.

Demo account is good to be used as preparation for you before you entered into real account. We can prepare our strategy,
money management and also all tools which is necessary to be used in real account. But we can't train our psychology in demo
account so when we want to train our psychology, we must use real account but starting with small amount of funds.

While trading on the demo we place the more lots and high leverage, for making practice on the demo it will be better to trade with low volume as you trade with the real account. There is only one difference that is of emotions you will not hurted by emotions if you lose in demo while you will get hurted if your lose in real account.

demo account is good for to practice and learn some strategies and then make backtest for it but it is not good if the trader learn and practice too long in there and because they will never get the experiences for their needs at real account and then usually they always make the first mistake at demo account..( they did not set the virtual money with good and did not make it same with money in their wallet )..

learn form demo account and then continue to real account with micro is very good, because they will get some experiences that they will never get at demo account and for me i did not practice at demo account too long, and hen i can develop my ability and trade with mature

sab sy pehly apko trading sekhnay k liye demo account lazmi use karna cahiye ku k is sy apko thora bohat how now ho jati hy k ap ko kya karna hy or real to real hota hy us me glati ke gunjaish nhi hoti .

yes friend correct and for this after learning basic we need to trade with real account which may be best of cent account or micro account where risk is low because of money less but the great advatage is that here real money involved so here is psychology.

yes brother we need trade with plan but not trade with fear but its also true when we trade in our real account then fear naturally come and also tension but we need to overcome this . and its also true when there is few trade go very good then fear also go away , so to overcome this we need to good trade which required skill .

its basic of forex i think and first time every newbie should keep in mind about this and i think you are correct about this. actually demo give us some primary knowledge when we very newbie but to learn more concentration we need after demo with small amount in real.
