The different are the emotions in demo account you use demo money,in real platform you use and risk your own money and you are a bit nervous to loose it.Demo account is using for practicing it is the start for the trader.In real platform it is the real start of your bussines,where you can start making money.

no need to pay for create an demo account and demo account is just for to learn steps or procedure to trade and we don't know or experience fear and emotions in demo accounts. so i think its better to do cent account for Forex learning or for practicing.

real trading which is involved with lots of emotion and proper decision .but demo is a practice are where we can practice or test our strategy or any automatic tools or EA.when we are doing with perfect money management and low risk management strategy with demo we can control our trading behavior ..but in real if we can't control our self then it's completely useless for practice in demo.

demo accuount is just for the trader who wanna to make the learning of the forex inside, but the real account is for the trader who wanna to earn the money and already make the learning on the demo account

Cent account is no doubt a very good choice for the traders as they should initially start trading with less capital , but it should be done after traders have done enough practice in demo account.

A trader who takes his demo account seriously while practicing is the one who gets same results in real account as in demo account and traders who do not take it seriously get profits in demo account but the results are opposite while trading in real account.
