here in the forex business i see the two trading account the first is the demo account and the second is the live trading account and we first use the demo to prove our abilities in the trading and then we use the permanently use the real account to make the real profit

While trade on demo account, our psychology is always that we are trading on virtual currency. While trading on real account, psychology changes. We know that this is our real money and we make mistake by keeping in mind to earn huge amount.

THATS a valid question gys. I THINK the answer to this mysttery is that in the demo account people have no fear of looosing money because they know that this is virtual money. but when it comes to real account people often loose due to fear. some times in excitement they loose the focus. and when they see a liittle cash is being made the greed comes over. which eventually results in loosing money in the real account. you should apply those techniques in real account which u have practiced in the demo. and KEEp yourself calm.

demo account is so much important for every one trader because demo is like a practice match, and we know that practice makes us perfect. that's why broker provide us demo account for practice. i think demo and real account both are same just demo trade with fake money and real trade with real money or our own money.demo is a indoor game and real trade is a real game.
