yes demo very important i trained on demo before i trade on real and learn more thing how to make stop loss and close open trade when i make my profit
but you need to trade on real to face your self because demo you fell that you win all the time not fear not greed but real different you face fear greed so you must trade on real with small amount of money to learn how to control your self....

Demo account and real account is not same in forex trading i think demo only for practice and real account is your invest money account. when you practice demo account and will get profit the profit is virtual money you will not withdraw virtual money but when make profit to real trade then you will withdraw this money. but practice demo account you can improve you knowledge which is helpful for your real trading.
