demo there are no risk to loose money but real account you loose real money but it was too long for me so nowadays it's said that rather than studying on a demo account use a cent account and invest

demo account is free. You simply download metatrader 4 and then you go to open an account. It won't let you continue to the next step unless you you check off subscribe to newsletter i believe. it will ask you for the amount you wish to use. you do not need to deposit.

This happens because of emotions when on a live trade people tend to take actions on their emotions neglecting the fundamental analysis and technical analysis . If their trade goes in a small profit they closed the trade in fear of losing that money also. and the next moment usually what happens is the trade gives them a lot of profit if they had continued with the trade.
