The British Pound surged across the board and assisted the cross to add to the previous session's strong upsurge. The positive momentum took along some short-term trading stops near the 134.65-70 region and lifted the cross further beyond the key 135.00 psychological mark.

After dropping from the market opening in the Asian session yesterday, the price rose again and broke through the weekly support at 128.19. Today the pair opens in the daily pivot area. The price has resumed now indicated by mreinstein stochastic (5,3,3) tf h1 in the overbought area.
For technical analysis today:
ma 16 as an indicator of a short-term trend = up and has passed ma 96
ma 96 as an indicator of the medium-term trend = downward
ma 480 as an indicator of long-term trend = down
So the downtrend is weak.
I expect this pair to drop to 128.19 when the weekly support level 1 then traces back.
