The GBP / JPY bullish recovery after the fall in March stopped between the Fibonacci retracement of 50% and 61.8%. The level reached at 135.5 now constitutes strong resistance.
The trend remains bearish:
with descending troughs and peaks since early May
under the bearish slant
under the old support which becomes resistance at 132.05.
The risk is a relapse of the pound towards 129.50 then the support at 126.50.
