November futures prices for WTI oil closed at 91.96 dollars a barrel on NYMEX today. and Oil has been strongly rejected by the support level at 90.76. Then, the rejection also formed a bullish candle yesterday. So, I think Oil might go up today and try to reach the resistance level at 93.61 or higher. But this arrangement will fail if Oil can break yesterday's low
