On the 4 hour chart of oil we have an upside wave that we were waiting for a correction to be made down, but it appears that the price is receiving support from the 23% Fibonacci level and unable to break this level to complete the decline and correct
Thus, with the price stabilizing above the 23 Fibonacci level, oil will be available for purchase
As for the price drop below this level, the price will point in a corrective downtrend to 50% Fibonacci level
