Oil price has reached the key resistance of the medium-term downtrend at [53.15 - 52.80]. After the zone is tested, look for sell entries according to the pattern with a target at the February low and Target Zone 5 [47.40 – 47.05].

It will be relevant to buy when the price breaks through Target Zone and consolidates above. If so, we shall buy oil up to the Target Zone 2 [56.65 — 56.30].



The shorter timeframe indicates the main buy scenario to have worked out, and the price has reaches Target Zone [53.15 – 52.80]. I congratulate my colleagues on profits. Oil price has reached all targets in the short-term uptrend so far.

During the rest of the week, we shall see if the price will break through Target Zone. If it does, the next buy target will be Gold Zone [54.72 – 54.55]. If Target Zone isn’t broken out, there should be a correction.

If there is a correction, I recommend entering oil purchases in the strong support zones: Additional Zone [52.95 - 52.86] and Intermediary Zone [52.07 — 51.90].
