In asian market session silver move in range 27.94-27.67 after retraced up from lowest price in american session yesterday. It estimated that price can go up more to 28.09 as monthly support 2 level then up to 28.17-28.34 area that is overbought area mbfx indicator.in stochastic indicator seen that signal in all tf going up to overbought area that confirmed price may go up but limited.

Silver is moving higher for now and it did not change the classic signals and accordingly we hold onto our negative expectations for the metal . Trading within the descending channel and stability below 28.50 make us expect new attempts to the downside.



Recommendation : Based on the charts and explanations above our opinion is selling silver around 27.80 and take profit in stages at 26.65 then 26.05; stop loss above 29.30 might be appropriate today

Since asian market opened ago, silver failed to retrace up weekly pivot point (28.16) but go down again following medium term trend that shown by hma 192. Recently, price have broke dayly support 1 (27.81). If we see stochastic signal tf h1 is move up, this can confirmate that price have likely retrace up before going down again.

Seeing gold getting support at 1660 level and making some recovery silver has also came back into 28$ territory and is currenty trading at 28.15, thus silver is just moving at gold steps and this is good sign going ahead, i think trend should remain positive until 28$ is breaken decisively.

The metal is currently trading at the neckline of the suggested double top pattern and MACD is biased negatively. Therefore, we hold onto our morning expectations and stability below 28.05 to support the negative outlook

Since opening market in asian session movement of price gains direct since yesterday. however price can not rise up and fell down through break the dayly pivot level (28.46). This decline has been confirmed by hma 32 as short term trend indicator. In medium term trend is up that shown by hma 192 which have green colour. I think price may go up again after stochastic signal in tf h1 crossed level 50.

In H1 chart of the pair, the price is on uptrend because it is above the Ichimoku Kumo Cloud. The price is also at the Kumo Cloud. This will be a good support for the price. So, I think Silver will be up.

The metal is moving lower once again and currently trading below 28.50-60 which will open the way for the downside move affected by the breach of the minor ascending channel shown above. Therefore, we might see more downside actions for the rest of the day, but over weekly basis we do not have confirmations for the trend, and accordingly we remain neutral over short term basis while favoring the bearish bias over intraday basis today.
