Gold prices continued pushing higher on Tuesday at $1490 to record a fresh more than six year high, with the psychological $1500 barrier in sight as investors continue to seek refuse in safe haven assets. The world’s two-largest economies US and China are locked in a bitter trade tussle that rapidly escalated late last week when U.S. President Donald Trump said he would impose additional tariffs on Chinese goods.
